PRESS RELEASE

PRESS RELEASE WATERFORD CASTLE:

Lovers of castles and llamas will delight in hosting their wedding at Castle Waterford, a new castle-themed venue which offers pedigreed llamas as entertainment during the cocktail hour. This unusual venue is home to a popular llama ranch set on ten green acres.

At Castle Waterford, there are actually two castles: a replica Irish castle, which is the owners' home; and the wedding venue, which is castle-themed and includes the requisite drawbridge, turrets, crenulated roof line, plus hand-painted brick and stone walls and floors. Between the two castles sits a heart-shaped pond, and around the pond are various fairytale statues, such as a Cinderella carriage and a Loch Ness monster. An antique rose garden blooms in view of the new venue's 10 picture windows.

Castle Waterford encourages couples to take advantage of their llama entertainment package during the cocktail hour. Guests can enjoy a one-hour session in the castle barn learning about llamas from head to toe, with a pack of pedigreed llamas interacting with each other. Guests will remember their Llama Llesson so much more than they will even the best cocktail hour appetizers. And best of all, couples won't have to rush through their bridal photos, because they can be sure their guests are having a great time.

"Couples are no longer desiring barn weddings or hotel weddings," says Alee Brucato, wedding coordinator for Castle Waterford. "They're looking for something more memorable. Castle Waterford is unforgettable, with its attention to detail and two themes of castles and llamas.  There's nothing quite like it!
